How to Register!

1.BOTH parent & student must sign the TRAINING AGREEMENT!
2. HAVE Certificate of Completion from online provider.
3. Copy of permit.
4. Our Policy Agreement signed & dated by BOTH parent & student.
5. Fill out Emergency Medical Form.
6. Payment of check or cash.
7. ALL THREE forms below MUST be complete and payment included BEFORE
we will schedule you to do Behind the Wheel
8. The price for our services is $425. Effective June 16, 2022,
we will not accept applications with the old price on it.
